Personal Health Twin

A self-hosted health intelligence system that unifies my Fitbit Air, Hevy workouts, nutrition, and journal into one Postgres database. The Google Health API syncs 27 data streams nightly; the Claude Agent SDK powers a chat coach and a daily morning brief, with semantic memory (pgvector) so it learns my goals, injuries, and preferences. Whoop-style readiness, sleep, and strain scores are computed daily. Runs on my home server, accessible anywhere over Tailscale.
