Door QC System

With APLM being one of the largest suppliers of enterenace doors it's important that the door meets our quality standards before being supplied to our customers. With the use of ML, Al and computer vision it's possible to get a machine to assist with these quality checks. The project I have been working on aims to assist the dispatch team and keep a record of the door at its final condition before leaving the factory. Use of Roboflow to easily annotate the custom data, which made things a lot easier and faster. With the use of Ultralytics YOLO11 I'm able to segment the door to get a rough size and door type and also detect to see if the required accessories are present. Integrated with SQL as a database for reading and writing QC information, which can be later used for assessing Quality issues.
