Automated Handle Performance Tester with Ignition SCADA Integration

Developed an automated testing system designed to evaluate handle durability and performance under repeated cycling. The project involved designing and implementing the electronics and control software, enabling precise cycle counting, real-time break detection, and data logging. The system features complete integration with Ignition SCADA via OPC UA, allowing seamless control and monitoring from both the on-machine HMI and remote SCADA interface. This solution enhances testing reliability, repeatability, and traceability for manufacturing quality validation within the Profile Group production environment.
